menu of the day

Breakfast:

a cup of tea (teh 'O')
a Bowl of Kolo Mee

Lunch:
2 whole meal bread with buttermilk spread
lots of plain water

Snack:
Nuts

Plan for dinner:
a cup of rice
Spinach
Chicken soup - without any fat and skin

**don't follow my menu today, if you have any medical problem or unfit. plus for your info, i'm taking supplement food as well (especially spirulina)
