my comfort food

i believe every girl has comfort food...food that make us feel good after eating it. my comfort foods/drinks are:-

Oreo Mcflurry
Oreo biscuit
Vanilla/choc ice-cream
cheese cake
Choc brownies
Neslo (Nescafe+milo)
Green Tea
Latte (starbuck)
coke float
hershey's kisses
cheese burger (with lots of mayo n lettuce)
and...Long Island ice-tea(hermm this one is for when i feel like hvin FUN! **with no intention to get drunk, don't get me wrong huhu..)

i enjoy the above, i (try to) minimize the quantity of those hi-calory ones, and only green tea i take with no limitation..my point here is, i don't want to eliminate my pleasure food from my diet, as my mom in law always said, it is a great loss if we don't enjoy foods in our lifetime..

lime juice for bowel cleaning..

Since last week, my sister influence me to drink lime juice.

ingredient:
3 lime (limau kasturi size besar kalo xda lime)
half teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
a cup of water

squeez the lime juice into a cup, add salt n sugar, then pour in water, give it a good stir.

after drinking a couple of time, i notice my bowel movement went easy..then i read somewhere, it is proved to eliminate toxic from our body. i drink it after lunch and dinner,especially after eating greasy fatty fried food.

No harm trying!

post-natal fatty

After giving birth to my son (now aged 2mths n 3 weeks), i drop a lot..my current weight is 54kg. my tummy is flat back to normal but my waist is still thick and so does my thigh. My hubby told me to sit up and exercise to get rid of those unwanted fat.

my problem was, i'm too tired to workout. i get up at nite, whole day minding my son plus doin the house chores. A month plus after my confinement is over, i can fit again in my old blouse/shirt/tops..but not my skirts/pants/and watever i wear waist down..i feel panic a bit..i called cath and she remind me of this blog we started long time ago..(a mission to lose weight we set few years back haha!)

this time around, here i am, setting my mission again. hopefully it works again this time..as last time i managed to go down to 45kg from 53kg, my target is the same this time..from 54 to 45! i'm aiming at my waistline, butt n thigh.
