ABC Soup

I've been drinking soup for dinner for almost 2 months now.
And the result...amazing!
My hair looks healthier, skin looks radiant, less flatulent and I feel healthy.
That's the vital part.
I even get good remarks from my colleagues about my healthy look.
Aaawww....sweet

Here's my secret:

1 carrot peeled and diced
1 potato peeled and diced
1 big onion chopped
1/4 cup of corn
Chicken meat and bones (without skin of course)
Salt for seasoning

*you can add tomato if you prefer your soup to have a sweet and sour taste

How to cook it:

Dump all the ingredients in hot boiling water (amount is up to you) and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Add generous amount of salt for seasoning.

There you have it!
ABC soup!

It is simple but rich in taste.

Food Supplement No. 1

recently i've been looking for food supplement that work for my body. then i found bio N-zymes (cosway). i need to drink it 30ml daily (it can be mixed with warm/cold water only, or else drink it on it own).

well, after finishing a bottle, i find it does work on my bowel movement. i feel more energetic and overall healthy.

it made of 85 types of fruit, vege, herbs & mushrooms. it help reduces the risk of cancer, heart disease, stroke & other disease.

i am satisfied with this Bio N-zymes, however, it is quite pricey..plus a bottle is only for 10 serving = 10 days. so you need 3 bottles every month if you want to take it regularly. for me it is not economical, thus i will not continue with it, but definitely i give 9/10 for this food supplement and recommend it for better health!

Breakfast:

a cup of tea (teh 'O')
a Bowl of Kolo Mee

Lunch:
2 whole meal bread with buttermilk spread
lots of plain water

Snack:
Nuts

Plan for dinner:
a cup of rice
Spinach
Chicken soup - without any fat and skin

**don't follow my menu today, if you have any medical problem or unfit. plus for your info, i'm taking supplement food as well (especially spirulina)

CRAVING FOR SWEET

I found out good way to eliminate craving for sweet things (candies, chocolate, & all other sweet junkie);

- take fruits
- take dried fruits
- drink water everytime u feel like craving
- get urself busy with chores/task/activities

believe me, i've done it myself.
