CRAVING FOR SWEET

I found out good way to eliminate craving for sweet things (candies, chocolate, & all other sweet junkie);

- take fruits
- take dried fruits
- drink water everytime u feel like craving
- get urself busy with chores/task/activities

believe me, i've done it myself.

i'm doing exactly the same thing too =D...will put in my soup recipe soon...to promote skin health and for healthy hair
