Vs foodie

at home, we have a big freezer which store a lot of meat n fish..this 2 weeks, we have relative come over n stay with us. so i begin digging the freezer and cook a lot of food (i mean every main meal).
Despite trying not to be tempt by the food tht i cook, i chow down together, as if i totally forgot tht i am on weight lost mission. today, my mother in law came and bring more food..well, it's look like impossible to keep my diet. but somehow, i know tht consistent exercise gonna help me..so i'm gonna find ways to avoid over eating and focus on my exercise.

gettin sweaty..

after the last post, i have been lost in my weight lost program. somehow, my hubby kinda remind me to exercise, despite my busy day.

So i started to walk again, and recently when i told my husband that i wanted to buy product that can improve my figure, he told me "what's the point of all the product if u don't do it the right way to get ur figure back?" he suggest to me that i need to start swimming. i realize that walking didn't do much and not aggressive enough for me to lose my unwanted baggage.

So today, i started swimming. for a start, i tried 20 laps..well i'm satisfied and will of course increase the number of laps once i get the momentum. I cross my finger now hoping i could be consistent doin this..*huh*
