first of all, i wanna say OMG!
i've been feasting over food the whole holiday season! especially cake, cake & cakes!
well, each one of the lady in our family baked one cake, so we had 5 cakes all together...now, that was just cakes, i cant count the dishes...my belly was full the whole time, despite being busy serving plus minding my very active baby.
i had a lot to work out on the extravaganza calory intake. back to our home, my sis in law suggest me to use the sauna belt everyday to burn the fat quicker. i tried few days back, it was super sauna and surely it had burn my fat plus some of my skin haha!
at the moment, i can only cross my fingers on winning the battle againts my fat...huhu

food oh food....
My husband's family decided to spend holiday season with us. So all of his siblings, nephews and parents are now staying over at home. and my father in law, brought together with him lots n lots of meat and fish. we have to dig out our smaller freezer out of the store room coz our big freezer can't accomodate all of it. So practically, there is 3 refrigerator in use now in my house (1 is the normal fridge where i put fresh veggie and another 2 is for all kind of meats and fish). And..my mom in law bought an extra (bigger) rice cooker, and everyday we cook as if there is a feast in our home. I lost count on how many meals they hv in a day. as food are ready available on the table, they can eat anytime and as much as they want. Thank God i'm at work..if not i'm gonna be tempted by the unstopable chow down..my small kitchen look smaller now with all the stock. (my sis in law joke that we have stock up until 2012, and seriously it's no joke!)
I struggle to keep on my diet...working hard on swimming, i managed to increase from 20 to 30 laps.

Vs foodie
at home, we have a big freezer which store a lot of meat n fish..this 2 weeks, we have relative come over n stay with us. so i begin digging the freezer and cook a lot of food (i mean every main meal).
Despite trying not to be tempt by the food tht i cook, i chow down together, as if i totally forgot tht i am on weight lost mission. today, my mother in law came and bring more food..well, it's look like impossible to keep my diet. but somehow, i know tht consistent exercise gonna help me..so i'm gonna find ways to avoid over eating and focus on my exercise.
I CAN DO THIS!

gettin sweaty..
after the last post, i have been lost in my weight lost program. somehow, my hubby kinda remind me to exercise, despite my busy day.
So i started to walk again, and recently when i told my husband that i wanted to buy product that can improve my figure, he told me "what's the point of all the product if u don't do it the right way to get ur figure back?" he suggest to me that i need to start swimming. i realize that walking didn't do much and not aggressive enough for me to lose my unwanted baggage.
So today, i started swimming. for a start, i tried 20 laps..well i'm satisfied and will of course increase the number of laps once i get the momentum. I cross my finger now hoping i could be consistent doin this..*huh*

my comfort food
i believe every girl has comfort food...food that make us feel good after eating it. my comfort foods/drinks are:-
Oreo Mcflurry
Oreo biscuit
Vanilla/choc ice-cream
cheese cake
Choc brownies
Neslo (Nescafe+milo)
Green Tea
Latte (starbuck)
coke float
hershey's kisses
cheese burger (with lots of mayo n lettuce)
and...Long Island ice-tea(hermm this one is for when i feel like hvin FUN! **with no intention to get drunk, don't get me wrong huhu..)
i enjoy the above, i (try to) minimize the quantity of those hi-calory ones, and only green tea i take with no limitation..my point here is, i don't want to eliminate my pleasure food from my diet, as my mom in law always said, it is a great loss if we don't enjoy foods in our lifetime..

lime juice for bowel cleaning..
Since last week, my sister influence me to drink lime juice.
ingredient:
3 lime (limau kasturi size besar kalo xda lime)
half teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
a cup of water
squeez the lime juice into a cup, add salt n sugar, then pour in water, give it a good stir.
after drinking a couple of time, i notice my bowel movement went easy..then i read somewhere, it is proved to eliminate toxic from our body. i drink it after lunch and dinner,especially after eating greasy fatty fried food.
No harm trying!

post-natal fatty
After giving birth to my son (now aged 2mths n 3 weeks), i drop a lot..my current weight is 54kg. my tummy is flat back to normal but my waist is still thick and so does my thigh. My hubby told me to sit up and exercise to get rid of those unwanted fat.
my problem was, i'm too tired to workout. i get up at nite, whole day minding my son plus doin the house chores. A month plus after my confinement is over, i can fit again in my old blouse/shirt/tops..but not my skirts/pants/and watever i wear waist down..i feel panic a bit..i called cath and she remind me of this blog we started long time ago..(a mission to lose weight we set few years back haha!)
this time around, here i am, setting my mission again. hopefully it works again this time..as last time i managed to go down to 45kg from 53kg, my target is the same this time..from 54 to 45! i'm aiming at my waistline, butt n thigh.
